International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology and Privacy Law. For more than a quarter century, the competition has addressed questions raised by emerging technologies and their influence on information and privacy law and policy. The competition is produced by The John Marshall Law School's Center for Information Technology and Privacy Law in conjunction with the Moot Court Honors Program.

Technology and privacy issues affect every area of the law today. At the Center for Information Technology and Privacy Law, we prepare lawyers to address this rapidly changing technology. The Center will celebrate its silver anniversary in 2008-2009. For nearly 25 years, we have been educating lawyers by offering courses, activities and degree programs for you to develop a marketable expertise for today's and tomorrow's law practice.
The Center boasts the first and most comprehensive LL.M. degree program in information technology and privacy law in the nation. It is designed for practicing lawyers as well as for individuals pursuing an academic interest in the field. It also enables lawyers to turn their mandatory continuing legal education requirements into an advanced degree. Career enhancing extra-curricular activities include our internationally renowned
Journal of Computer & Information Law, networking, internships, scholarly research projects, placement opportunities, and of course, this annual international moot court competition.
